Don't force colour in aliases.
* gnu/system/shadow.scm (default-skeletons): Substitute ‘--color=auto’
for ‘--color’ (which implies ‘=always’) in aliases.
* doc/guix.texi (G-Expressions): Also adjust examples as that makes
more sense.
