services: Add 'redis-service-type'.

* gnu/services/database.scm (<redis-configuration>): New record type.
(%redis-accounts, redis-service-type): New variables.
(default-redis.conf, redis-activation, redis-shepherd-service): New
procedures.
* doc/guix.texi (Database Services): Document the new redis service.
