doc: cookbook: Fix misuses of double spacing.
* doc/guix-cookbook.texi (Extended example): (StumpWM): (Basic setup with manifests): Prevent Texinfo from ending a sentence where it should not. (Setting up a bind mount): Add two spaces where needed.
