gnu: gnucash: Activate database support.
* gnu/packages/gnucash.scm (gnucash)[inputs]: Add libdbi and libdbi-drivers.
[arguments]: Remove '-DWITH_SQL=OFF' from 'configure-flags' and add
'GNC_DBD_DIR' to program wrapping.
