build-self: Avoid recompilations of 'compute-guix-derivation'.
* build-aux/build-self.scm (build-program)["compute-guix-derivation"]:
Honor the SOURCE command-line argument. Add a VERSION command-line
argument and honor it.
(build): Pass VERSION to BUILD.
