gnupg: Compile regexps only once.
This halves the run time on a large number of subsequent 'gnupg-verify'
calls.
* guix/gnupg.scm (sigid-rx, goodsig-rx, validsig-rx, expkeysig-rx)
(errsig-rx): New variables, lifted from...
(gnupg-verify)[status-line->sexp]: ... here.
