substitute: 'http-multiple-get' follows 'fold' style.
* guix/scripts/substitute.scm (http-multiple-get): Add 'seed' parameter. Call PROC in 'fold' style. (fetch-narinfos)[handle-narinfo-response]: Adjust accordingly. Update 'http-multiple-get' call accordingly.
