gnu: glibc: MIPS: Avoid a dangling `vfork@GLIBC_2.0' reference.
* gnu/packages/patches/glibc-mips-dangling-vfork-ref.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (glibc): Add patch.
