services: nfs: Add verbosity control to idmap-service-type.
* gnu/services/nfs.scm (<idmap-configuration>)[verbosity]: New field.
(idmap-configuration-verbosity): New procedure.
(idmap-service-type): Use it.
* doc/guix.texi (Network File System): Document it.
