guix-package: Add `--verbose'; silence the environment's build by default.

* guix-package.in (%options): Add `--verbose'.
  (show-help): Update accordingly.
  (guix-package): Parameterize `current-build-output-port' according to
  VERBOSE?.  By default, silence the environment build's output.
