import: cpan: Change %corelist into a promise.
Fixes compilation failures in 'guix pull'.
* guix/import/cpan.scm (%corelist): Change it to a promise by wrapping it with
'delay'.
(cpan-module->sexp): Adapt uses of %corelist by wrapping with 'force'.
