gnu: Add bitlbee.
* gnu/packages/messaging.scm (bitlbee): New variable. * gnu/packages/patches/bitlbee-fix-tests.patch: New file. * gnu/packages/patches/bitlbee-memset-fix.patch: New file. * gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add patches.
