refresh: Support comma-separated updater types.
* guix/scripts/refresh.scm (%options): Handle comma-separated types for
'--type' option.
(guix-refresh): Adjust accordingly.
(show-help): Likewise.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix refresh): Document it.
