gnu: texinfo: Update to 6.6.

* gnu/packages/patches/texinfo-perl-compat.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/texinfo.scm (texinfo): Update to 6.6.
[source](patches): Remove.
