guix lint: add the --checkers option.
* guix/scripts/lint.scm: add the "--checkers" option.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix lint): Document it.
* tests/guix-lint.sh: New file
* Makefile.am (SCM_TESTS): Add it.
