gnu: libupnp: Fix CVE-2016-8863.
* gnu/packages/patches/libupnp-CVE-2016-8863.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Use it.
* gnu/packages/libupnp.scm (libupnp)[source]: Use it.
