* gnu/packages/linux.scm (wireless-regdb): Update to 2019.06.03.
[arguments]: Add ‘omit-signature’ phase.
Add FIRMWARE_PATH & REGDB_PUBCERT #:make-flags, removing unused LSB_ID,
DISTRO_PUBKEY & DISTRO_PRIVKEY. Exdent.
