services: Add 'gpm-service'.
* gnu/services/base.scm (<gpm-configuration>): New record type. (gpm-dmd-service): New procedure. (gpm-service-type): New variable. (gpm-service): New procedure. * doc/guix.texi (Base Services): Document it.
