system: Set $LINUX_MODULE_DIRECTORY as a function or /run/booted-system.
* gnu/system.scm (etc-directory): Remove #:kernel parameter. Set
LINUX_MODULE_DIRECTORY as a function or /run/booted-system.
(operating-system-etc-directory): Update accordingly.
