gnu: libunistring: Do install static library.
...but do so to a separate output. This reverts commit
1f2d64e4a86fbd77cfd7c773a9621a001516e1ce.
* gnu/packages/libunistring.scm (libunistring)[outputs]: New field.
[arguments]: Add phase for moving libunistring.a. Remove #:configure-flags.
