system: De-monadify 'operating-system-boot-parameters'.
* gnu/system.scm (operating-system-boot-parameters): Turn to direct
style instead of monadic.
(operating-system-bootcfg): Adjust accordingly.
(operating-system-boot-parameters-file): Likewise.
