Subject: bootloader: grub: Add gfxmode (resolution) override.

* gnu/bootloader/grub.scm (<grub-theme>): Add `gfxmode' entry.
(eye-candy): Use it.
* doc/guix.texi (Bootloader Configuration): Document it.
