base: Handle 'git clone' errors correctly.
Fixes https://notabug.org/mthl/cuirass/issues/1.
* src/cuirass/base.scm (fetch-repository): Return #f when 'git clone' fails.
(process-specs): Test if commit is not #f before using its value.
