gnu: Add xinetd.
* gnu/packages/web.scm (xinetd): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/xinetd-CVE-2013-4342.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/xinetd-fix-fd-leak.patch: New files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add patches.
