gnu: wavpack: Fix CVE-2018-6767.
* gnu/packages/patches/wavpack-CVE-2018-6767.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/audio.scm (wavpack)[source](patches): Add it.
