gremlin: Guard against invalid ELF segments.
* guix/build/gremlin.scm (&elf-error, &invalid-segment-size): New error
condition types.
(dynamic-link-segment): Compare SEGMENT's offset + size to ELF's total
size.
(validate-needed-in-runpath): Wrap body in 'guard' form.
