tests: Remove extraneous test.
* tests/derivations.scm ("build-expression->derivation for fixed-output
derivation"): Remove test. It is redundant with that in builders.scm,
and doesn't work out of the box with the statically-linked
%BOOTSTRAP-GUILE.
