build-system/gnu: Always pass "-D" to strip/objcopy.
* guix/build-system/gnu.scm (gnu-build, gnu-cross-build): Add "-D" to
#:strip-flags.
* guix/build/gnu-build-system.scm (strip): Likewise. Also pass "-D" to
OBJCOPY-COMMAND.
