inferior: Add 'inferior-eval-with-store'.
* guix/inferior.scm (inferior-eval-with-store): New procedure, with code
formerly in 'inferior-package-derivation'.
(inferior-package-derivation): Rewrite in terms of
'inferior-eval-with-store'.
* tests/inferior.scm ("inferior-eval-with-store"): New test.
