ui: Add procedures to display a profile generation.
* guix/scripts/package.scm (guix-package)[process-query](list-generations):
Move part of the body to 'delete-generation' and
'display-profile-content'.
* guix/ui.scm (display-generation, display-profile-content): New
procedures.
