guix: Revert accidentally committed changes.
This is a follow-up to commit fb1db385476bc4548d3eadea93b5dd6a346839f2.
* guix/scripts/build.scm (lazy-util): Remove procedure.
(options->things-to-build): Remove special case for files with ".json"
extension.
