git: Nicely report '--with-commit' errors.
* guix/git.scm (latest-repository-commit*): Rewrite to catch
'git-error'.
* po/guix/POTFILES.in: Add guix/git.scm.
* tests/guix-build-branch.sh: Test --with-commit errors.
