pack: Honor symlinks in the Docker back-end.

* guix/docker.scm (symlink-source, topmost-component): New procedures.
(build-docker-image): Add #:symlinks parameter and honor it.  Remove
hard-coded /bin symlink.
* guix/scripts/pack.scm (docker-image): Pass #:symlinks to
'build-docker-image'.
