gnu: libmad: Fix MIPS assembler code to work with new GCC.
* gnu/packages/patches/libmad-mips-newgcc.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/mp3.scm (libmad): Add patch.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add patch.
