gnu: avrdude: Use libusb-compat.
* gnu/packages/patches/avrdude-fix-libusb.patch: Remove file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it. * gnu/packages/flashing-tools.scm (avrdude)[source]: Remove patch. [inputs]: Replace "libusb" with "libusb-compat".
