gnu: cvs-fast-export: Update to 1.44.
* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (cvs-fast-export): Update to 1.44.
[arguments]: Add ‘fix-setpython-PATH’ phase to do just that.
Remove obsolete python3 work-around from ‘remove-optimizations’ phase.
