gnu: ocaml: Build reproducibly.
* gnu/packages/patches/ocaml-enable-ocamldoc-reproducibility.patch: New
file.
* gnu/packages/ocaml.scm (ocaml)[origin]: Use it.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
