gnu: linux-libre: Update to 4.4.1.
* gnu/packages/patches/linux-libre-CVE-2016-0728.patch: Delete file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (linux-libre): Update to 4.4.1.
[source]: Remove patch.
