gnu: OpenSSH: Fix CVE-2018-20685.
* gnu/packages/patches/openssh-CVE-2018-20685.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it. * gnu/packages/ssh.scm (openssh)[source]: Use it.
