gnu: libvisio: Update to 0.1.6.
* gnu/packages/libreoffice.scm (libvisio): Update to 0.1.6.
[source](patches): Remove.
* gnu/packages/patches/libvisio-fix-tests.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
