gnu: libsndfile: Fix build failure on armhf.
* gnu/packages/patches/libsndfile-armhf-type-checks.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/pulseaudio.scm (libsndfile)[source]: Use it.
