system: Prefer packages from %FINAL-INPUTS.
* gnu/packages/base.scm (canonical-package): New procedure. * gnu/system.scm (%base-packages): Pass BASH, COREUTILS, FINDUTILS, GREP, and SED through 'canonical-package'.
