gnu: services: use seconds instead of duration strings.
* gnu/services/dns.scm (zone-file, knot-policy-configuration): Use numbers
instead of duration strings.
(verify-knot-policy-configuration): Fix typo.
* doc/guix.texi (DNS Services): Update documentation.
