gnu: New default Dovecot service postmaster_address
* gnu/services/mail.scm (dovecot-configuration): Change default for
postmaster-address, as dovecot is now requiring a non-empty value and
will fail to start up otherwise.
* doc/guix.texi (Mail Services): Update.
