doc: Document building and installing from JSON files.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix package): Augment pargraphs for
"--install-from-file".
(Invoking guix build): Document building from JSON files.
* doc/package-hello.json: New file.
* doc/local.mk (EXTRA_DIST): Add it.
