emacs: Add shell completions for "guix" command.
Suggested by Ludovic Courtès <ludo@gnu.org>. * emacs/guix-pcomplete.el: New file. * emacs.am (ELFILES): Add it. * doc/emacs.texi (Emacs Completions): New node.
