build: Automatically determine libgcrypt's file name.
* m4/guix.m4 (GUIX_LIBGCRYPT_LIBDIR): New macro.
* configure.ac: Use it when no --with-libgcrypt-* option was passed.
* README: Do not recommend --with-libgcrypt-prefix.
