gnu: java-jeromq: Fix tests.
* gnu/packages/patches/java-jeromq-fix-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/java.scm (java-jeromq)[source](patches): Add it.
[arguments](#test-exclude): Disable more failing tests.
