build-system/gnu: Add a `strip' phase.

* guix/build/gnu-build-system.scm (strip): New procedure.
  (%standard-phases): Add it.

* guix/build-system/gnu.scm (gnu-build): New `strip-binaries?',
  `strip-flags', and `strip-directories' keyword parameters.  Pass them
  to BUILDER.
