doc: Mention store sharing with Nix; update `package' example.

  (Installation): Add reference to `INSTALL' and `README'.
  (Requirements): Mention store sharing with Nix.
  (Defining Packages): Update example to include `use-modules' clauses
  and to use (guix licenses).
